As you can imagine, the publishing of the monologues produced by Het Vijfde Bedrijf in 2016 is something I'm really proud of. A total of seven monologues of different lengths, all narrated from the perspective of a bit part. Macbeth, Hamlet, Richard III, King Lear, Othello and the sonnet A Lover’s Complaint are all put under the spotlight.
Several writers have worked on these theatre texts: Annechien Koerselman, David Geysen, Maaike Bergstra, Radna Diels and myself. Translated to English by Marlous Lang-Peterse.
